02/21/2012 - 10/31/2012     $258 per night     3 night minimum stay

$250 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit
 
A refundable security/damage deposit of $250.00 is required at time of booking to hold the unit. Remaining balance is due in full within 45 days of the booking date 

Cancellation Policy

  Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to check in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 90 - 45 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund less $100 cancel fee.
Cancellations made within 45 days prior are non refundable but will receive $250.00 deposit returned after unit has been re booked.
If unit is successfully re booked you will receive 75% credit to use within 360 days from your original check in date
